Hey my incredible soul fam ✨🤙🏼❤️

It’s been a crazy few weeks… (years lol) Since I haven’t been the best at social media of late I would like to do a little catch up on life. As most of you know, I had a huge health scare last year where I had to leave UT to move back to OK to be near my family & medical team as I battled for my life. Thankfully after an incredibly long 8 months of trial & error, I began to start getting my health back on track.

Unfortunately living in OK became mentally too hard with my PTSD, due to the severity of trauma from the pain & sickness. My PTSD mind was making everything a trigger to the point flashbacks would occur where I would relive the absolute worst moments; causing a response of my body to feel pain & mentally made me feel as if I was going to die. Due to that I had to leave OK & move in with family in ATX as I continued my healing. I spent over half a year there, where both my physical & mental health greatly approved.

At the end of June I left TX, as I felt strong enough to travel again. I drove 20 hours to UT where I spent the majority of July visiting friends 🥰 (pics to come!)

This past week I’ve been in CO. I was suppose to begin a new health protocol & then this week was to be the start of a family trip but instead I ended up getting a terrible respiratory infection that I’m currently in the process of recovering from. However once this infection is cleared I’m excited to start the new health protocol along with seeing family, friends & getting my adventure on 🥾🏔️

As I’m feeling less triggered by social media I’m going to begin sharing more of my past journey & the Now in the hopes my story helps others 🙏🏼 I may even start up a subscribe channel if anyone would be interested in diving deeper into my world 👽🌎🖖🏼😂
