Pretty powerful combo 💪. Therefore I express gratitude to myself every single day. I thank myself when I take care of myself well, when I did my meditation, when I worked hard that day, when I made a big mistake and instead of feeling stupid I can laugh about it and learn from it. I thank myself when I get out of my comfort zone and do something scary despite my ego going a little bit nutty. And I thank myself I am the best mum I can be for my little man. I thank myself for my resilience, my strength and my capability to grow from the most shitty situations. Oh, and I tell myself I am proud of myself too. No matter if I achieved a lot or had a day where I just wanted to throw my laptop out of my window. Everyday I do my very best and that in itself is something to be proud of! Seems silly to say this stuff to yourself? Try it out for yourself for a while (yes the awkwardness is normal) and notice how it works miracles for you ❤️. .
