Boss Family Workout (previously recorded)

This is a workout we did a few weeks ago. We know a lot of people tune in from all over the world, but we are gonna chill on the live today because it doesn't feel great to be dancing and smiling and acting like everything is good. While we take a break though, we still want to give y'all a workout if you'd still like to do it. We'll be back but we are just taking some time.
