I was 11 years old when my dad took me to scuba dive with him. in our first dive, I was fascinated with the bubbles that came from the tank and I remember that I really scared him because he couldnt find me while I was 'playing' with his bubbles, diving over him. a few years later and I realized that the closest that I could get to meditate was scubadiving, surrounded by water and controlling and paying attention to nothing, but to my breath. last year, I took my freedive course and, one more time, got fascinated by the power of the body and the incredible capacity of getting over our limits.
well, this photo, @_ollygray took 2 days ago, in Amed. I was freediving and playing with the scuba bubbles.
mother ocean, I love you! .
