I hate to always address the slower members of the audience, but in 2018 when it was announced there would be no more single use bags, that was supposed to go into affect for 2019...

2019 saw it bumped up to 2020.
In 2020, as several of you might remember, there was a pandemic. This forced the date to 2021.
We're not sure what happened in 2022, but there they were again.
Now for 2023, as repeatedly announced, there are no more bags.
It's been hard enough explaining to people that they need to bring money for shopping, so I understand the burden of adding to that list, asking that you bring bags, bins, boxes or totes.
Luckily though you have had four (4) years of preparation and practice.
