Anyone have any information? Today I was driving down walkers and a black chevy spark was speeding and rear ended me the license plate was Ctzp266. I moved my vehicle forward to see for damage and the drive drove away going into oncoming traffic and speeding through a parking lot if anyone had information please contact me.
