"The Black Woman is God."
This powerful assertion challenges us to reconsider the roots of our spirituality and identity. The shift from "Mother God" to "Father God" in many religious contexts reflects not just a change in language, but a deeper cultural and historical transformation that has often sidelined the feminine divine.

"When there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you." – African Proverb

The original worship of the divine feminine celebrates the strength, resilience, and nurturing spirit of Black women, who have been the backbone of our communities for generations. Yet, the historical narrative has frequently attempted to diminish this power, imposing structures that divide and conquer.

As we honor our ancestors and reclaim our narratives, let’s recognize the importance of embracing our full history. By acknowledging the sacredness of the Black woman, we can begin to heal from the legacies of oppression and redefine our spiritual and cultural identities.

Let’s uplift one another and celebrate the power of the divine feminine in our lives today!
