Icy and slippery conditions beginning near midnight as temperatures rapidly fall below the freezing mark.
Westerly to northwesterly winds gusting to 70 km/h.
Reduced visibility in snow and local blowing snow.
Snowfall amounts of 2 to 4 cm.

When:
Near midnight through Thursday afternoon.

Additional information:
Over exposed areas, reduced visibility due to local blowing snow could persist into Thursday evening.

Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.
