I don’t think there’s a restaurant in America that I can enthusiastically recommend as much as @chefjoseandres @bazaarbyjose in Vegas.
Just sensational. Pork with crispy pork skin, venison, bison, amazing beef - this place is off the charts good. I come here almost every time I’m in Vegas and I’m always impressed.
