When Windsor's downtown was a beehive of shopping activity: April 1, 1961. A view of Ouellette Avenue from the Dominion Building (now the Paul Martin Building) on Chatham Street, showing the former Heintzman Building--altered so severely as to make it unrecognizable--Palace Theatre, King's Block, and part of the Canada Building and Prince Edward Hotel.
