(I don’t do it enough, so this is a gentle reminder for both of us!) 🕊 Try out this exercise 3x while watching the waves and imagine the tension releasing from every inch of your body as you allow yourself to sink into a state of deep relaxation. You can do this on your commute, at your desk, in the shower, as you settle into bed...wherever & whenever you have a few moments. This is based on an ancient yogic technique called pranayama, developed by @drweil.
