🌶 Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Belated Tea Day!

I spent today sipping on this wintry tisane my mom makes called pineapple skin tea.
Its made by slow boiling pineapple skin for hours with aromatics like turmeric and ginger and spices like cinnamon and black pepper. When the mixture is melded she adds hibiscus flowers and then orange slices, lemon, and honey. This tisane warms your whole body, helps alleviate inflammation, and increases your circulation. It also tastes SO good.
