🌶 Happy Ti-Tea Tuesdays!!

Here are my top 3 teas of the week and why:
1. Rasberry leaf tea because my hormones are going crazy!! RL helps keep my cystic hormonal acne at bay and my skin extra glowy.

2. Mint green tea! Because it wakes me up midday without dehydrating me like more caffeine would. Plus it just tastes so damn good!

3. Fresh ginger juice + a @tradmedicinals Nighty Night Extra tea bag with lemon and honey. It’s literally a sleeping potion. I posted about valerian tea last week and it’s because my insomnia is back and I’ve been having so much trouble getting rest. This valerian + ginger potion is saving me!
