🌶 Tomorrow I take off on a two-week adventure but I woke up feeling slightly under the weather so I will be immune boosting ALL DAY.

Bone broth is not only good for your vital detoxification organs, it also is a beauty food as it is rich in gelatin, collagen, amino acids, and protein - not to mention that it is a great anti-inflammatory.
If you aren’t as lucky as me to have a best friend who will bring you Tupperware containers of broth, you can buy it at Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s or any health food store. I always buy organic and look for one with not too much added salt.
