To every one of all shapes, sizes, & ethnicities: Know you are beautiful as you are. You are enough. You are beyond worthy. It’s always the right time to love your body. To love yourself. Fuck others perception of beauty. Fuck shaming. You aren’t begging for attention or vain when you appreciate how your body looks & feels. Those who shame you are insecure & are jealous of your confidence. If they don’t celebrate you, they are not your people.

Granted let me be clear this is not a go ahead to start flashing folks... keep your clothes on when you’re strolling through target, riding your scooter about town, waving at your neighbor... just sayin fam we don’t want none of that.

But go skinny dipping. Chill at a nude beach. Look in the mirror & see how fucking gorgeous you are. Tear down the walls set around you that said you are not good enough. Bring the middle fingers up to the lies of calling you ugly. I am speaking to both women & men. We all deal with body image.

I personally wish I could see what people who love me see. I have highs & lows with how I look depending on the moment. I have thought “I am too skinny.”, “I am too big.”, “I am so ugly”... I can be a real bitch to myself. I’m a lot better the majority of the time now. I look at pictures from years back & wish I could say to my younger self “You are so beautiful. Stop taking yourself for granted. Stop thinking so harshly of yourself. Everyone has cellulite gf.”

It can be hard af to practice & embody self love. Hard to be positive about our bodies. Hard to rewire judgements into compliments. I remember a time at a nude beach. There was this naked elderly man riding a little bike on the sand & he was wearing a sailor’s hat. My 1st thought was “goals”. He didn’t give a flying fuck what others thought of him. He was happy... no, he was joyful & at peace with himself. We ALL deserve that same radiating joy, peace, & love of self

Side note #freethenipple . It’s almost 2025. Can we be mature & stop sexualizing women’s nipples? It is discrimination. This should not be an issue. Instead it should be culturally acceptable. Grow up to anyone who disagrees (aka Meta+trolls).
