Blooming again after a hard winter 🌸

Thank you all, always, for your incredible love & support. I’m mentally & emotionally in a better place. I’m still feeling overwhelmed & scared but within my vulnerability I feel strength. I realized giving up on myself would be giving up on millions of people around the world who suffer with their health. Who needs an advocate. I’m not saying fighting for myself is not enough, I love myself a great deal & know my worth but at the same time I always seek to be part of something greater than myself. On a daily basis I hear stories of people so sick & in pain from these so called invisible illnesses. I see dear friends in hospital beds. I feel helpless not being able to physically help them. But if I can be a voice for strength & awareness, to bring them hope, love & support in their darkest moments than that means the world to me. Making a difference can be done in so many ways. My way is through my writing but I hope when I start doing better with my health I can give even more.

The new medicine, diet, & supplements I believe are helping. I’m not needing as much sleep at night & naps during the day. I still have moments of extreme dizziness & feeling faint where I need to lay down & put my feet in the air. My intestines are still having sharp pain, often when I’m eating, after eating, or poop time. I’ve lost some weight again but working on maintaining / gaining.

I see the neurologist on June 3rd. I have surgery #14 in the last 8 years on on June 10th for my interstitial cystitis, chronic painful bladder syndrome. Along with further tests & treatments to come. One breathe at a time 🤍 #nevergiveup @taylor_munholland ...read more
