OUR VOICES MATTER.

I am for democracy. I am a feminist. I am for women’s right. I am for protecting women’s health & autonomy. I am for LGBTQ+ rights. I believe in equal protection; marriage equality, adoption right, & anti-discrimination protection. I am anti racism; believing we must take action against racial prejudice & oppression + again I am against discrimination (frankly I do see the privileges I receive over others for being born white). I believe in the separation of church & state. I believe we must take immediate action to fight climate change. I believe healthcare is a right not a privilege. I am for gun safety regulations; I am for background checks & against assault weapons & high-capacity magazines. I stand with Ukraine. I am for legalizing marijuana. I am against the electoral collage as I find it to be completely outdated & believe the popular vote should decide who our Presidents are. Every single vote should count. Be it a democratic voting in a red state or a republican voting in a blue state. I believe voting is an important constitutional right one we must protect. I am not for the two-party system & I understand the frustration with it but I do feel each of us should use the opportunity & our right to vote, to use our voice & represent what we what we are for & against.

My vote does not mean I agree with every policy or cast a blind eye.

I do not vote for party but for person. Even if Trump was running as a democrat I would not cast my vote for him. He is a danger to our democracy & frankly a horrid example of a human being.

I am proudly “woke” aka aware of & actively attentive to important societal facts & issues. It is one of the highest compliments I can receive.
